It is the intent of Netconcepts to provide a responsive, cost effective, timely and flexible website maintenance service, along with an appropriate hosting service.
Netconcepts has designed a maintenance service that minimizes specification, project management, and account administration costs. On, the client’s part, this involves, clear communication with your Netconcept’s Account Manager.
For requests that fit into this “mold”, our maintenance service is very cost effective. Naturally we can accommodate a wide variety of other unusual or exceptional requests, requiring an estimate, an urgent turn-around time, or whatever! However, for these non-standard jobs, we charge accordingly.
Should the profile of your maintenance work not fit within our standard parameters, then we are happy to organize a custom service. Of course there would be an additional charge to ensure that we are in a position to deliver to this.
